The underwater box tipper is developed to minimize potential product damage during emptying of the box.

The box is placed in the tipper after which the box is pushed under water by cilinders. Then the boc will make forward rotating movement and the product will be tilted out of the box while under water. Afterwards, the discharge conveyor will dose the product into the line. Furthermore, the bottom of the machine takes the discharge of sludge from the box into account. The tipper is made entirely of stainless steel; we use high quality bearings and drives which make the machine reliable and long lasting.
