The MT short piece sorter (shaker) is designed for removing short pieces from a product stream of carrots.
The machine is made of stainless steel, with a design made to make everything easy to clean.
The machine is indirectly driven by 2 unbalance motors and features an infeed section to effectively spread the product across the entire width of the sorting table. The carrots are then positioned longitudinally by means of aligning plates with V-tracks. Two infinitely adjustable openings are fitted in the longitudinal direction to sort out on 2 different bottom sizes.
