The MT separator is designed for filtering washing and process water of products such as potatoes, carrots, parsnips, celeriac, red beets etc.
The machines are made of stainless steel and the dimensions are scalable both in diameter and length. For example, a machine for filtering approx. 250 M³ of process water has the dimensions of approx. 5,000 x 1,400 x 2,000 mm.
The drum hangs in 2 heavy-duty toothed belts that together have one drive and the shafts are equipped with heavy duty food safe grease-filled bearing housings. Process water is collected under the machine in a water tank.
In addition, the separator is equipped with cleaning hatches in several places, making the machine easy to clean and maintain.
