The machine consists of “stainless steel AISI 316, protection class IP 65” and plastic materials suitable for use in marine environment. The machine allows washing and removing of “lawn” covering the mussels. The lawn removing operation from the product is obtained by the counter rotation of knurled rollers that cut the “lawn” from mussels. The product has slowed during way down from rubber “fingers” located on the moving upper part of the frame, this is equipped with nozzles for washing operation.
