Processing
The dipping system has been developed to prevent oxidation of freshly processed fruit so that no discolorations such as brown or black spots occur.
The machine is suitable for apples and pears. The system uses a limited amount of water and anti-oxidation resourse. The parts that come into contact with the fruits are food safe.
The diptank is composed of the following components: a universal diptank, a plastic conveyor belt with flights. For dipping, an output and dewatering conveyor, a water tank collecting tank.
The machine is built according to EC standards of the Machinery Directive.
