Optimum is a Belgian company, founded in 2017. Before they were active under the name Concept Engineers. They have years of experience in the development, production and sales of optical sorting machines using sophisticated camera and laser technology. The machines of Optimum Sorting can be applied to potato products, candy, vegetables, seafood, nuts and dried fruit.
